1) Casting

2) Curing
After
24 hours of casting, the cast components are released from the mold and send to
the curing tanks. Some specific components like railway sleepers where high
strength is required are steam cured.
3) Transportation and erection
After
finishing curing all the components manufactured are sent to the user’s site
with heavy truck and erection is done using cranes and skilled labor force.

A column is a
